Reclaimed firewood from whiskey barrels. Bundles measure 1.5 cubic feet. 35-40 pieces per bundle. Bundles weigh between 40-45lbs/bundle. Rare hard to find firewood for southern Alberta. Lots in stock, don't miss out on this great smelling firewood. Oak firewood qualities are low sparking and high heat output.
Firestarter

These quart size cans hold a lot of firestarter. Enough to start approximately 30 fires. Safe for use indoors and outdoors. A little sprinkle is all you need for this slow burning formula to ignite your firewood.
Yellow Birch
Is all birch the same?

We only carry YELLOW birch.

White birch does not grow in southern Alberta, as many firewood sellers online claim. Aspen trees have a similar appearance and are available in southern Alberta. They each have a poor btu rating and are similar to poplar. We will not carry this type of firewood. Be aware when buying 'birch' that you are getting good quality firewood.
sawdust & mulch
Clean sawdust saved from all softwoods that we cut. $50/bag
Sawdust bags are 4' tall and closed at the top so they are free from impurities. This is perfect for animal bedding.
All other sawdust/mulch not saved from the back of our saw we sell as mulch. this is hands down the lowest priced mulch in the area. bags measure 1 cubic meter for only $25!
sawdust & mulch sell out fast so these are subject to availability.
mulch and sawdust bags have no bag deposit but we kindly ask you to return them.
